Hell, I'm not one for rules and personally, if I had my way I'd torch this website down and spread fire across the world.  But my buddy Zartan won't let me do that, so I'm forced to give you an idea about what this so-called system is like.

As already stated elsewhere, this game is based on the Mutant Chronicles system by Heartbreaker Games.

Basically, the GM determines how difficult the action you are trying to pull off is, adjusts it with modifiers and then rolls a d20.  Results are as follows:

1 on the roll - Perfect Success - Whatever you've tried to do works pefectly.  Great for burning down buildings
Success - Lower than the adjusted Skill score - Basically, a normal success.  You start the building on fire.
Failure - Higher than the adjusted skill score - You set your foot on fire instead of the building.
20 on the roll - Disaster - The flamethrower in your hand explodes.

That's it? Hell.  I can do that.  Oh wait... something about when skills don't cover what you need to do.  Then you use your Basic Capability scores.  The GM determines the difficulty of the action, adjusts your particular BC and rolls d20.  See information above for results.

That's it.  I'm out of here.  Time to burn some more people!
