| A lot of girls think you can put
makeup on in pretty much any order. But clearly, that can't work for
some obvious reasons and some not so obvious reasons. For example, it
is clear that you don't want to put foundation on after you apply your
lipstick or eyeshadow. But it may not be clear that eyebrows should be
done before eyeshadow. The reason is to get a sense of the placement limits
of eyeshadow, you need your eyebrows shaped (and drawn in where necessary)
to know where and what shape to apply eyeshadow.
