For combat, you and your opponent participate at the same time. The person with the unit who has the highest initiative goes first. Each model in the unit that is within 2" of the enemy my attack. You take the number of attacks the unit has, add 1 if they charged into combat that turn, add one if they have 2 close combat weapons, and you get the number of attacks they have. Then you use your weapon skill and your opponents weapon skill on a chart to determine what you need to role to hit. The three types of close combat weapons are: normal, power, and power fist. A normal close combat weapon is any pistol or melee weapon. A power weapon is a close combat weapon that ignores armor saves. A power fist is a close combat weapon that ignores armor saves, and inflicts a strength 10 hit.

After the combat phase, the side that looses the most units must take a break test. If they fail, they run 2D6" away. The enemy my then attempt to pursue them.
