Kami's Palace: Description A few miles above Karin's tower lives Kami, the guardian of earth, and Mr. Popo (his servant). The room of spirit and time is located here.
Who Trained Here: Most of the Z- Fighters have trained here. Examples include: Goku (as a child), Tien, Yamcha, Krillin, Choutzu, and Yajirobe.

Master Roshi's Island: Description A small island where Master Roshi lives. Little is here just his house and he lives with a turtle and other various animals.
Who Trained Here: Goku as a child, and Krillin.

King Kai's Planet: Description King Kai lives here with a monkey called Bubbles and an insect named Gregory. The planet is in the next dimension and has a lot more gravity then earth. It is located at the end of snake way and only 6 people have ever made it there.
Who Trained Here? Some of the Z-Fighters trained here Goku , Piccolo , Yamcha , Tien , Choutzu , including a non Z-Fighter, King Yemma.
