Junior Wells Junior Wells

    Born and raised in Memphis, Junior Wells moved to Chicago and began playing harp for the Aces until 1952 when he replaced Little Walter in Muddy Waters' band. Junior went on to define harp playing in the 1950's and later played with Buddy Guy before going solo. He passed away in 1998.
