Summarization
Quick recap of today's events:

I worked 'til Noon today. Went to CARDINAL and picked up some lunch for the fam about 1:30. Listened to the BAMA game. It was on pay-per-view, but I didn't buy it. We won 17-3.

Mostly watched football and the YANKEES/RED SOX game this afternoon. Yankees won 4-3! There was a big scuffle during the game and PEDRO pushed down Yankees coach DON ZIMMER, who is like 72 years old. That was pretty low right there.

I did go RUNNING this evening. Came home and showered. Talked to MATT for a bit. He said MICHAEL got married today. Man, I get tired of being single sometimes. I overheard MOM talkin' to someone on the phone the other day and she was all like "I worry about Jeff not having someone. It's so hard to find a good girl." That always makes you feel good :-\

Anyhow, KYLE called about 7:30 and said they were finishing up at the band competition and were coming to town to eat. So I met up with them around 8:00 at the steak house. It was TAG, KYLE, SHANE, MELODY, and then two people I didn't know, JEFF and TRACY. They seemed really nice. Saw my uncle, aunt, and cousin there. Also saw David Marsh. Shane and I were talkin' to him. I had a hamburger steak and baked potato and it was really good. The girl that waited on us used to live in my apartments here. She remembered me. She was lookin' really cute, and talked to us awhile. I can't remember her name. Mulva? Celeste? Bovary? Delores? ROFL

Otherwise, just been crashin' at the crib. Didn't feel quite as good today as I have the last couple of days. I dunno what's wrong. Just try to keep going and put it out of my mind. Mind over matter, right? Besides, I'm tired of complainin' and feel like I've been selfish ever since I've been sick.

Oh! I did chat with BUNNY online for a couple of minutes this afternoon. Wow, that's the first time her name has popped up on IM in like a year. She was doing fine.

Optimization
Here are a few tips I've come up with to help optimize your blog, and make your blogging experience enjoyable, for you, and others:

Blogging should never be a chore. You don't have to blog everyday.

Blogging should never make you umcomfortable. If there is something you don't want to share, then don't. You don't have to give names or people and places to have a good blog.

Keep a notepad or tape recorder nearby during the day. Make a note of your interesting thoughts, comments others make, noteworthy events that occur, and your ideas for the advancement of the militia. Oh wait. lol

I just got a hit from a search for "Jeff Moulton." lol What's ironic is this guy is apparently a semi-popular DJ in NY. lol But the first site that comes up on Google is Bone's Blog. lol Yeah babee!

Other random thoughts:

I didn't realize TED MCGINLEY was in "Revenge of the Nerds." It was on Comedy Central when I came home yesterday afternoon. So he was in that, Happy Days, and Married With Children. lol Cool.

There was a minor traffic snarl-up on the Interstate yesterday. This white car (95 Taurus, maybe) was in the left-hand lane, holding up the faster cars. If there are more than like two cars behind you, it's time to get over. lol There should be like two driving tests. One for driving around Anytown, and a freeway test. If you can't pass the freeway test, you can't drive on the interstates. Yes, I will propose this legislation.

That's all I know. KYLE called this morning. Said they may be coming over to my town after the band competition to eat at the steak house. lol If so, I'll probably join up with them. Big day for college football...

"And inside, I play with shadows. And inside, I know, I know, I know, that I'll feel this way all day. And outside, there's hope for trying. And inside, I'm dying..."

Solution...
OK, here's the answer to today's trivia question:

The episode that Elaine did not appear in is pretty easy. It was the first episode, the pilot, called "The Seinfeld Chronicles."

Neither George nor Kramer appeared in "The Pen." That episode is set in Florida as Jerry and Elaine are visiting Jerry's parents. This is the only episode that George Costanza did not appear in. However, Kramer did not appear in a second episode. You're gonna kick yourself when I tell you, because it is one of the more famous episodes. But Kramer also did not appear in "The Chinese Restaurant." That entire episode was, of course, set in a restaurant with Jerry, George, and Elaine waiting for a table. It truly lived up to the shows theme of being about nothing. So, there you go. Now, back to the blog. lol

Had DOMINO'S for lunch. It was great! I tell ya, I'm sick of seeing these HARDEES Thickburger commercials. Look Hardees, no one is trying your crappy food. Why don't you try selling another products--maybe diapers or tires or something. lol Either that, or just close after breakfast.

I was reading where one of the snipers, MALVO, is planning to plead insanity. What a cop out! Oh well. It's really surprising more people don't use the defense I guess. Just pay off a psychiatrist. It's the first time I remember hearing it in a major case though since Hinkley.

I see RUSH has finally admitted he has a problem and is seeking help. Well that's good. I can relate. PAINKILLERS are definitely good stuff. At least the radio waves will be calmer, more peaceful for awhile... ahhh. SERENITY NOW!

I thought KYLE and I might shoot some BILLIARDS today. But his car is still not fixed, and as we all know, he doesn't like to drive the other car. lol

"I guess it's been a good year, for roses and aggressions, for flowers and freeways. And I guess I'll put a smile on, and get a new girlfriend. Yeah, put a new hat on..."

Lunar-ation?
LOL I think I just figured out why everything is so crazy today and people are calling like nobody's business. One of the ladies just said there was a full moon last night--never fails.

In other news, I just noticed last night driving to 'Catur that my window wasn't making its usual loud, whirring noise. I think when they put the bushing in the door, it must have fixed that problem. All this time, I thought it was the window, or the seal around it. But I think now that it was just that the door was hanging down from where it should be. I noticed it when I was on my cell phone. I was like, "Hey does it sound quieter than it usually does when you're talking to me?" lol Man, that thing used to sound like the door had blown open on a jet. So now, I guess my cabin is properly pressurized again. lol

Wow, I can't believe the COWBOYS are 3-1. Having a great coach obviously makes a huge difference in the NFL. Hopefully, we can beat the EAGLES Sunday... I hope, I hope.

Oh man, THE SOUP NAZI and THE VAN BUREN BOYS were both on yesterday. As you may or may not know, The Soup Nazi is like my favorite all-time ep. "No soup for you! Come back one year!" And The Van B Boys is good, too. That's the one where Mister Peterman buys stories from Kramer to use in his autobiography, which Elaine is ghost-writing. lol KRAMER calls to try and buy his stories back, and he's like, "Uh hello... Mister Peterson?" ROFL

How about a SEINFELD trivia question? ELAINE and GEORGE were each absent from one episode of SEINFELD. The KRAMER character did not appear in two different episodes. Which episodes were they? I'll answer in my next blog entry. lol

"I got a hole in me now. Yeah I got a scar I can talk about. She keeps a picture of me, in her apartment in the city..."

Commotion
Things are CRAZY this morning at the compound. The phone is off the wall, and it doesn't even really hang on the wall. People, curb your enthusiasm... please!!! I just wanna go back home and go to bed.

Where to start? Well, I went and recut the VIPERS script at KYLE'S last night. Redid it probably about five times 'til the levels were satisfactory. Afterwards, we headed up to APPLEBEES. Got there probably about 9:00. No one was there. BETH is gone to ARKANSAS for the weekend. DAVINA was there, but she'd been cut, so we sat with NATALIE. I had the chicken fajitas con sizzle, fa shizzle my nizzle. After we'd been there a few minutes, KEVIN, STACY, and JON came in with a girl I didn't know and several babies. They sat behind us. It was DAVINA'S bday, so she came and sat with us like the entire time and talked. Later, KYLE and I sang her the APPLEBEES birthday song. lol I kept singing that MAROON 5 song and she was like, "Stop singing that. I'll have that stuck in my head all night." I asked MISS SHIRLEY if she had spanked her. "Bend her over and give her twenty-three." lol

We also all had a big laugh about the TIP-A-QUIDDICK scandal. Anyway, KYLE picked up the check for my help with the VIPERS thing. NATALIE had not charged us for the beverages--so we can feel safe sitting with her from now on. lol See, she used to know the procedure, then she quit and had another job for awhile. Then when she came back, we sat with her a time or two and charged us. But fortunately, things are back to normal it seems. KYLE also said TAG was going to be able to film all day Saturday, so they don't need me to help on the band comp. Guess I'll sit around and watch football all day--Auburn/Arkansas, Texas/Oklahoma, Georgia/Tennessee, and LSU/Florida... some good ones.

Oh yeah, I called the doctor's office yesterday afternoon. They said my ULTRASOUND came back normal. So pretty much I'm just going to continue taking the medicine he gave me, which will last four more weeks. And we'll see how things are after that.

Got home about 10:45. Talked to JEN on the phone. Fortunately, I will still be able to go to the BAMA-TENNESSEE game with her. I had sort of been undecided when she asked me, and I'm lucky she hasn't found someone else to go already. Of course, the way we've been playing lately, maybe that isn't such a good thing. lol

Random exchange from BILLARDS on Wednesday:

"Seriously man, Donna is like all worried about you."
"Aw, that's so sweet. I guess she still loves me."
"Well it's your ex-fiance. What do you expect?" ROFL

I did manage to stay up and catch MERLE on LETTERMAN. There were two great SEINFELD'S on yesterday--The Soup Nazi and The Van Buren Boys. More on those later.

"Suddenly the price of war is something out of sight. We lost a lot of heroes in the fight. Politicians do all the talking. Soldiers pay the dues. Suddenly, the war is over, and that's the news..."

Consumption
Had some Cappy D's for lunch. It was good. That should fulfill my grease requirement for the day.

"I tell ya, it was a grind trying to fill 10 hours a week. I'm not sure I was ready to have my own talk show set." - Cosmo Kramer from "The Merv Griffin Show" lol

Well nothing else much is going on. Went to get my oil changed and by the BANK on my way home from work. Still no word from the doctor. I may try to call again here in a bit. Why is it I always think of lots of things to say while I'm driving, but by the time I get to my 'puter, they are usually forgotten. I need to keep a blog recorder. Sample: "Fourteen hundred thirty hours. Just had a thought. Yadda yadda yadda... out!"

"Why she had to go, I don't know, she wouldn't say. I said something wrong. Now I long for yesterday. Yesterday, love was such an easy game to play. Now I need a place to hide away. Oh, I believe in yesterday..."

Reflection
KYLE and I were reflecting the other day on the early days of the Internet. Remember TELNET? The "finger" command. lol Remember those early internet accounts? 10 hours per month for $9.99. Oh man, that's like one day now. lol Remember when it was cool to get cute little corny forwards? That was cool for like a week, then you just started deleting them all. Remember when you would always ask for a reply-receipt? lol What about 2400 baud? ROFL Oh man, those were the days. Memories... misty-blue-screen-colored memories...

I have just been reading this interview with Courtney Cox in today's USA TODAY. Looks like there is definitely going to be a FRIENDS spinoff on NBC. I had heard this several weeks ago, so I guess this just confirms it. "Joey", starring Matt Leblanc, on NBC, 2004.

The NEW YORK move talk has quieted down. Need to get that stirred back up. Wheels in motion, people. lol Let's see, what else? I've read just about everyone's blog that I know to read. I have work to do, but I'm putting it off. Just sent MATT my college football picks for the week. I was 5-2 against the spread last week--not too shabby (adam sandler voice). Of course, I don't gamble. It's just for fun to see how I do.

Here's my picks this wk:
Michigan (even) at Minnesota
Oklahoma (-5.5) @ Texas
Georgia (-1.5) @ Tennessee
Virginia (-2.5) @ Clemson
Kansas State (-3) @ Oklahoma State
Texas Tech (-16) vs. Iowa State
Wisconsin (+3) vs. Ohio State

Wow, I need to go to APPLEBEES. I haven't been since like Friday. That's quite a drought for me.

"Got a good reason, for taking the easy way out. She was a day tripper, one way ticket, yeah. It took me so long, to find out. But I found out..."

Intentions
Elaine: George, that woman just looked at you.
George: So what? What am I supposed to do?
Elaine: Go talk to her.
George: Elaine, bald men, with no jobs, and no money, who live with their parents, don't approach strange women.
------------
George: Excuse me, I couldn't help but notice that you were looking in my direction.
Victoria: Oh, yes I was. You just ordered the same exact lunch as me.
George: (deep breath) My name is George. I'm unemployed and I live with my parents.
Victoria: (smiling) I'm Victoria. Hi.

How's that to start your day off my friends? A little SEIN always helps the day go better.

Well, I'm sitting here, nibbling on the last bit of this pop-tart. Nothing much is going on. Work is going well this morning. Lots of calls, but good calls. I was talking to AMBER earlier and I was like, "Well you're not too talkative." She was like, "Sorry, I was reading your blog." ROFL See? That's the point. Everyone reads my blog, so I have no need to communicate verbally. It's great. Or bad. Whichever.

Got two more hits from people search for the STING commercial. That's like my most famous attraction on the blog, apparently. GARY COLEMAN read the TOP TEN LIST on LETTERMAN last night. lol It was great. It was like, "Top Ten Differences If Gary Coleman had been elected governor" or something to that effect. One of them was like, "Unlike Arnold, I would admit I was not qualified." lol Another one was, "I would appoint a committee to investigate what Willis really was talking about." ROFL The L-MAN is great. LENO is soooo last week.

Guess I'll head to D-TOWN at some point today or tonight to re-do the voice work on the VIPERS thing. I got to preview what KYLE had done so far. It looks really good. For all your video needs, weddings, commercials, music videos, dance recitals, barmitzvahs, whatever--check out www.lookmom.net.

The YANKEES got beat last night. I wonder when was the last time the CUBS and SOX won postseason games on the same day. lol Probably watch some of the baseball game tonight. Also gonna try to stay up and catch MERLE HAGGARD on LETTERMAN. Hopefully, I'll make it.

Today would've been JOHN LENNON'S birthday.

"Though I know I'll never lose affection, for people and things that went before. I know I'll often stop and think about them. In my life I love you more..."

Relaxation
I just got home a little bit ago. It's been a long day. Called the doctor's office about 1:30 and they still didn't have my results. Said they'd call me when they got them. Surely I'll hear something tomorrow.

Went to do the voice work at KYLE'S. Then we went and shot a little POOL. Started out playing teams with WES and JAMES. We split two games. BELLE and TINA were workin'. Just assumed my tea was free. lol Our play has improved so much since we really started playing regularly.

Afterwards, went to BIBLE STUDY. Then to my part-time job. Came home and warmed up some chicken casserole for dinner. And now I'm just relaxing for a bit before bed. Watching the YANKEES get beat--down 5-2 right now in the 8th. Oh, and KYLE was apparently unhappy with the voice work, so he wants me to come back over there tomorrow. He also said they may want some help filming the band thing Saturday. So we'll see how that goes. It's been a tiring day, but a good day. I felt better today than I have in at least a week or more. I just want to thank everyone for their concern these past few days. I'm blessed to have some great friends and wonderful people in my life.

"What did you think I would say at this moment, when I'm faced with the knowledge, that you just don't love me? Did you think I would curse you, or say things to hurt you? Cos you just don't love me no more. What do you think I would give at this moment? If you stay I'd subtract twenty years from my life..."
