Saior Neptune apeared in Sailor Moon S along with Sailor Uranus. They prefer to fight alone rather than with the inner senshi. Like the rest of the Outer Senshi her powers are greater than that of the inner senshi.
Michiru is a very famous violinest and panter. she has several paitings in galleries and several of her own CDs. Like Rei she is highly psycic She also has a high IQ (like Ami) and likes to swim aswell. She's rather quiet and graceful and gentle, with an apriciation of the arts.
Her soul mate is Sailor Uranus/Haruka However in the English version they were called cousins to try to "Edit" their close relationship. In the manga it was rumored they were married in vol #13(aka Supers #3) due to the rings on their fingers, but those were the rings the that Uranus, Neptune and Pluto wore to remember their promise to raise Hotaru.
