Chibi-Chibi is a little girl (age 2?) came to the present in Stars episode 182(?) in a style similar to Chibi-Usa, falling from the sky, only she had an umbrella in her hand (think Mary Popins kinda thing) Any way she is Actually Sailor Cosmos who is the form of Sailor Moon that comes after Eternal Sailor Moon (wether she is a reincanation of Sailor Moon or she comes after Neo Queen Serenity is not mentioned. There are many rumors about Sailor Cosmos, one that she IS Chibi-Usa, only grown up.
Sailor Cosmos's world was destroyed by Sailor Chaos, so she transfomed herself into Chibi-Chibi and came back to the past to prevent it from happening again.
Sailor Cosmos apears in episode 200 and in volume 18 of the manga
