Chibi-Neville does have a tendency to clutz and his memory leaves something to be desired (like mine... where's that rememberall when you need it...), but he's got a good heart and he's very, very sweet.

If you ever adopt a Chibi-Hermione, that should keep him in check.

He doesn't like yelling, curses or anything scary.
