Chibi-Heero is pretty solemn for a little guy. There are times when he almost borders on pout-ish. Don't let that fool you though, he's not afraid to do what must be done and he's stronger than he looks.

He's an expert marksman and pilot.

He likes to wear a green tank top and black biker shorts. Don't ask me why.

Chibi-Heero does not make friends easily, since he's a pretty solitary creature. However possible playmates include Chibi-Duo (who'll worm his way into anyone's hearts) and chibi-Relena (no matter how many times he threatens to destroy her).
