Last August 26, 2000, Saturday, 7:00 p.m., Physika with its 10th year anniversary held an Alumni Homecoming. It was held in the Nario’s Resort at Pansol, Los Banos, and Laguna. Many members attended the agenda and they were blessed by 15 alumni coming to the special occasion. John Dominic Repalda and Marianne Casta headed the program. 

     The program started with a prayer led by Anthony. After the prayer, the president of Physika, Eliseo Bonaobra jr. gave his opening speech and welcoming the members and the alumni. Inspirational talks was given by three persons, first was the senoir adviser of Physika, Prof. Emmanuel Florido, followed by two alumnae.     Then it was succeeded by the roll call of the members of the Physika, and a presentation of two talented members, Margarita Cuartero, the singer, and Babette Garez, the guitarist. They presented two songs namely, Foolish heart and Stay. Then, the main part of the program proceeded. First, the new batches, Acoustics, Current and Laser, made their pledges. The membership committee member Michelle administered the pledge. Second to the pledge was the pledge of the new members of the Executive Committee. The former president John Dominic Repalda administered the pledge. Finally, all the members of Physika pledge their loyalty and responsibility to the org, pre-ceded by Prof. Emmanuel Florido. After the pledges, the night was spiced up by the dance of the adorable men of Physika, two men from each batch namely Particles, Acoustics and Laser. Then came two talks from the charter members of Physika. And lastly, the closing remark from our Treasurer Alvin Karlo Tapia.

     The Alumni Homecoming of Physika was a great success. With this occasion new members meet the old members who were responsible for the creation of the org Physika, and for the old members to meet the new members, who were their successors for making the Physika the best org ever. 
 
 

     This season is by far one of the most memorable PalaCASan of all. Other organizations have seen what is in store for them in the near future. Physika emerged 12th overall and got the charms and was named Coolest Org in the PalaCASan. 

      Nothing could ever compare what the basketball team has done this season. Some of these feats are an 88 point-blowout, winning over Symbiosis, a heart-stopping double-overtime win over SAM-UP, a come-from-behind victory against powerhouse Chemo and 9-6 win-loss record, the most since 1996.

      The volleyball team has been prolific despite winning only 5 games. They are proud to have trounced powerhouses like CPS, GeneSoc and SocioSoc. 
 The table tennis team also did a hell of a job, winning matches. They did very well keeping a winning record despite of a very competitive pool.
