Rules


There are not many "Rules" of which to abide by as the game requires mostly common sense, imagination and above all FAIR PLAY.
If i get complaints about members who are not playing the game fairly and are cheating then the member who is cheating will first be given a warning. If that member then continues to play unfairly, they will be removed from the RPG.
THIS IS A ZERO-TOLERANCE RPG - IF YOU WANT TO PLAY THEN PLAY FAIRLY SO THAT EVERYONE CAN ENJOY THE GAME

Your HP is the same as you PL, when you are hit you lose health not PL - remember to count your hits and adjust your HP accordingly.
Every character has KI - this is the amount of energy your character can use to perform energy attacks, each attack uses a certain amount of KI. WHEN YOU HAVE RUN OUT OF KI YOU CANNOT USE ENERGY ATTACKS UNTIL IT HAS BEEN REPLENISHED.

Both your HP and your KI are restored to max at the beginning of each DAY. A senzu bean will fully restore your KI and HP during a battle or out of battle but it will not repair broken limbs - you will need to use a rejuvenation tank or got to a hospital for that. Your max KI can be increased through training, just use the self-training form describing how you increased your KI. When you have run out of KI you can still use standard street brawling techniques such as punch, kick etc.

Certain attacks require that you have a certain PL so please be aware of those.
For dice rolls: With Level 1 attacks a roll of 6 or above is required for a success, however, a roll of 6 will mean only HALF NORMAL DAMAGE.
Level 2 attacks require a roll of 7 or above is required for a success, however, a roll of 7 will mean only HALF NORMAL DAMAGE.
For Finishers: This will require a roll of 10 OR ABOVE. A roll of 10 will result in a knockout, a roll of 11 will result in a total knockout with serious injuries which will require medical attention or else could be fatal. A roll of 12 will result in INSTANT DEATH. The victim will be obliterated and sent to the NEXT DIMENSION.

Damage is determined in the following manner: Level 1 Attacks will cause damage equivalent to 10% of your PL. Level 2 Attacks will cause damage equivalent to 20% of your PL. Finishers do damage equivalent to 30% of your PL but they can only be used once per battle and MUST BE USED TO FINISH YOUR OPPONENT (See rolls above on how to Hit). Some moves may cause different damage - this will specified. The reason damage is done in this manner is to add to realism - the more powerful you become, the more damage your attacks will do.

I have have made it very difficult to destroy an opponent because otherwise i will have everyone in the next dimension wanting to train with King Kai!!!! I believe this is a fair system for everyone concerned.
