First show Kelly goes Best Puppy and Puppy Working Group I!
3-pt. major at 10 months of age under Mr. Trotter!
Both majors at just 15 months!
3-pt major at EBBC specialty under breeder-judge Bill Hargreaves for 3rd major!
We're fortunate that Adrian and Maria Arroyo bred their Zoey to our Riley. This union produced several lovely girls and we were able to bring Kelly home with us. Her name is derived from Kelly Clarkson's song, Miss Independent. Kelly lives with the White's at Conquest Boxers, but she's a joint Conquest/Rosend project! Kimbie and Kelly gave us a special start to a show career...we were hoping Kelly would just keep 3 of her 4 feet on the ground...well not only did she keep all 4 on the ground, she went Best Puppy and then went Puppy Working Group I! Wow! Then on to Palms Springs and in her 4th weekend of showing, Kelly takes a 3-pt major! How exciting! With very sporadic showing, Kelly finished with 3 majors, 2 of them during specialty weekends. Much thanks to Kimberlie for her great handling of a girl who wanted to do it her way!
