We're fortunate that Ron and Sharon Berry, Berlane Boxers, bred the magnificant Star (Am./Can. Ch. Berlane's Wish Upon A Star) to our Bogie (Ch. Rosend's Key Largo). This union produced a beautiful line breeding that resulted in our Babs, a stunning fawn bitch.
Finishing at 14 months of age with 4 majors, Babs achieved her first two majors from the 9-12 month class. She also has a Specialty Best Puppy and two RWB at Specialties. Babs was shown to her championship by Jimmy and Wendy Bettis. She is the second Champion for her sire, Ch. Rosend's Key Largo. Babs is now co-owned with Jems Boxers, Randy Sayler and Dianne Emmons.
Babs has been cleared of SAS by a board-certified cardiologist, 2/26/01, with no abnormalities detected (OFA pending). Babs has had a 24-hour holter (8/00) with 12 PVCs. Both Babs' parents have been cleared of SAS by Board Certified Cardiologist, including an ECG w/Doppler for sire, and both have had 24-hour holters with 0 PVC results.
Babs has been a wonderful producer for Rosend and Jems Boxers. She achieved her ABC Dam of Merit status with 4 champions to her credit:
