Sourdough Herb Bread

The three loaves of Herb Bread I baked on Saturday were gone in a flash. Since I was feeding my culture, I decided to make a Sourdough version. I had intended to make one with a culture that I had grown from organic wheat berries but due to my neglect, it had deteriorated badly. I had no choice but to use Carl Griffith's starter.  As my homegrown started had deteriorated, I started another culture with another batch of wheat berries and after 2 days, the yeasties and beasties were making the mixture very frothy. I hope that this will turn out like the first starter I made. It was fruity and smelt very pleasant.
