To request a match, e-mail me at blyons_lfc@hotmail.com with the information below. This is gonna have to do, as Formmail.to now charge for forms, and I don't know any other form host sites (help on this matter would be very much appreciated). Please note that just because you request a match doesn't mean you will get it. But if it is within reason - for example, you can't join the fed and instantly request a World Title shot - and there is time for it, then you will probably get your match.
