This week's episode we saw two triumphs and two failures.  Triumph #1 was
Ulong winning the Reward Challenge, due in part to the struggling Katie of
Koror, and a determined effort made by Ulong's Angie.  Having been the last
picked, and getting a few votes at the previous Tribal Council, Angie felt that
she would be next to be booted.  Having demonstrated that she can be an asset
to the tribe during competitions, Angie has endeared herself to the others.

Triumph #2 was Koror's recovery of their flint.  Did anyone, other than Cory,
ever really doubt this outcome?  I sure didn't.  Ian will certainly be a primary
factor in the success of Koror, especially in all water-based challenges.  Tom
has also shown himself as a fearless and dynamic competitor.  Janu, once
again, has also shown her skill and spirit.

Failure #1 was mostly Katie's fault for why  Koror lost the Reward Challenge,
though Willard or one of her other tribe mates could have spoken up sooner
and tell her why she wasn't doing well with the rope swing.  Once Willard told
her to keep her knees up longer, Katie made it across fine.  Failure #2 goes to
Ulong, as they continue to be split and disorganized.  While individually they
are a stronger tribe than Koror, Ulong still has not truly unified as a tribe.  The
Reward Challenge was ideal for them to win, since it was based on individual
effort.  But the Immunity Challenge showed, once again, that they cannot func-
tion as a team, not to mention thinking outside the box.

On a more positive note, Ulong did manage to unify effectively in booting out
Ashley.  Other than Ashley, who voted for Lil'Jeff, only Ibrehem cast the other
odd vote for Kim.  James, Stephanie, Bobby Jo, Angie, Lil'Jeff and Kim all
voted to boot Ashley.  Look for Ibrehem to go soon, as he was not part of Club
Ulong.

Over at Koror, spoilers indicate that Caryn may be facing the music soon, when
they attend their first Tribal Council.  She's pissed off plenty of people with her
attitude and tongue.  At some point they may even throw an immunity just to
dump her.
