The evening was cold and rainy but both teams provided the thunder and lightning on offense as Bryan Station prevailed in overtime with a 55-52 victory over Collins.  Bryan Station improves to 6-4 on the year while Collins falls to 7-3. It was definitely a fast-break offense as Bryan Station ran 86 plays and Collins got off 74 snaps. Bryan Station took a 42-28 lead after three quarters and looked like they were prepared to close the door on the Titans.  However, Collins scored on a three yard run by Lawson Page and conversion kick by Blanton Creque to make the score 42-35.  Collins recovered a Bryan Station fumble on the ensuing kickoff on the Bryan Station 20.  Page scored on a one yard run and Creque converted to tie the score at 42-42 with 6:49 left in the fourth quarter.  On the next Bryan Station drive Landon Forrest intercepted a Ora Johnson pass at the 50 yard line.  Deandre Farris scored on a four yard run and Creque converted to take a 49-42 lead with 1:37 left in the quarter.  Bryan Station roared back and Ora Johnson threw a 55 yard touchdown pass to Marcus Floyd and Anthony Lopez nailed the conversion kick to knot the score 49-49 with 33 seconds left in the quarter.  Collins got the ball first in overtime and was forced to settle for a 23 yard field goal by Blanton Creque to take a 52-49 lead.  Bryan Station then took the ball and on the third play Ora Johnson fought his way in to the end zone from the one yard line and Bryan Station took a 55-52 victory.

Bryan Station recorded 30 first downs and 638 yards of total offense.  The Defenders were penalized nine times for 78 yards, lost two fumbles, and had one pass intercepted.  Collins recorded 19 first downs and 350 yards of total offense.  The Titans were penalized eight times for 98 yards and lost a fumble.

Ora Johnson led Bryan Station’s ground game with 99 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries.  Curtis Sellers carried the ball 10 times for 59 yards and a touchdown.  Ora Johnson completed 31 of 44 passes for 452 yards and five touchdowns with one interception.  Marcus Floyd caught 14 passes for 208 yards and two touchdowns.  Kenyon Hipps added nine receptions for 176 yards and three touchdowns.  Troy Marks led the defense with four solo and eight assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards.  Elijah Burdette added six solo and three assisted tackles.  Michael Morton recorded five solo and four assisted tackles.
