Madison Central coach Allen Feldhaus started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Dustin Geralds, 6-1 Sr. Kenyon McKee, 6-8 Jr. Isaiah Cozart, 5-10 Sr. Isaiah Minter, and 5-11 Sr. Jacori Miller. Scott County coach Billy Hicks countered with 6-2 Sr. Cooper Robb, 6-0 Jr. Lorenzo Williams, 6-7 Jr. Michael Moreno, 5-9 Jr. Diablo Stewart, and 6-1 Jr. Bryce Long.
Scott County defeated Madison central by a score of 71-54. Scott County shot 45.1% from the field including nine of 26 from the three point line. The Cardinals connected on 16 of 19 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 13 Madison Central turnovers. Madison Central shot 34.8% from the field including five of 13 from beyond the arc. The Indians connected on 17 of 28 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 14 Scott County turnovers.
Cooper Robb led Scott County with 23 points including two three point baskets, seven of seven free throws, three rebounds, and three blocked shots. Michael Moreno added 14 points including two three point baskets, 12 rebounds, and four blocked shots. Diablo Stewart also scored 14 points including two three point baskets.
Isaiah Cozart led Madison Central with 17 points and nine rebounds. Jacori Miller added 10 points including two three point baskets. Dustin Geralds pulled down seven rebounds.
