Scott County outscored Powell County 26-13 in the third quarter on their way to a 96-81 victory. Scott County shot 52.6% from the field including seven of 18 from the three point line. The Cardinals connected on 29 of 41 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 25 Powell County turnovers.
