George Rogers Clark coach Scott Humphrey started the following lineup: 6-9 Sr. Vinny Zollo, 6-6 Sr. Jaylen Daniel, 6-5 Sr. Corey Rogers, 6-0 Jr. Bopper Stenzel, and 6-4 Sr. Robbie Stenzel.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with  6-2 Sr. Trae Stewart, 6-0 Sr. Kendrick Prewitt, 6-4 Fr. Jordan Green, 6-0 Sr. Brandon Nichols, and 5-8 Jr. Wes Kimball.  Note: 6-6 Sr. Daniel Kiesling is still out of the Henry Clay lineup with an ankle injury.

GRC pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Henry Clay by a score of 63-52. Henry Clay led 30-28 at halftime. There were eight lead changes and five ties in the game.  GRC shot 42.4% from the field including three of 11 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 10 of 18 free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 22 points off 18 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 36.2% from the field including three of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on seven of nine free throws, pulled down 38 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 12 GRC turnovers.

Jaylen Daniel led GRC with 23 points and six rebounds.  Vinny Zollo added 20 points and six rebounds.  Corey Rogers chipped in with 12 points and eight rebounds.

Jordan Green led Henry Cly with 17 points and seven rebounds.  Kendrick Prewitt added 16 points and six rebounds.  Wes Kimball recorded eight points, six rebounds, and four assists.
