It's Done!

The linings get glued to both the top and bottom edges of the rim. They were quite easy to attach - the spring-type clothes pins were not only ideal clamping mechanisms, but what other clamps can you buy 50 of for only $1.50? :-)

After the linings are in place, you attach some strips of wood perpendicular to the linings, spaced about every 4 inches, around the inside of the rim to give it a little more compression strength. Once that is done, you move on to attaching the end-piece set of the guitar.
