It's pretty interesting watching the surfing and social dynamics at The Shores.
A new kid pulled into the lot about 6 months ago - Gino -.
He's about22 years old or so, and wanted to learn how to surf.
Some of the older, first row guys - good guys by the way - but most are not very good surfers - kinda took him under their wings, and helped him get a used long board on which to learn.
Good choice -
Gino's a soft spoken kid, not at all like the other's his age that park a couple of rows back.
All good surfers (2nd row guys).
Anyway, the first row guys got Gino stoked, in fact so stoked that his surfing is pretty good.
Gino wanted to do better.
He bought a fish from Jarred
and a small egg from Donnie.
The question is now - will the front row guys still like Gino - he's now a "Shortboarder?"
Yeah Baby!
