Welcome to the winter edition of Digest ezine! Here in the Philadelphia area we enjoy a fairly moderate climate but when that frigid artic wind starts to blow our way it gives a refreshing chill to the air and helps add to the celabratory flavor to this festive time of year.
The city becomes like a illuminated jewel, glittering and sparkling, store fronts and homes put on their finest, a festival of lights against the black velvet night sky.
There are many ingredients that go into this stew that we call a city, that give it a distinctive personality or flavor. Customs, traditions and a variety of foods have given Philadelphia an identity that can be enjoyed by all.
