NOTES: "During their first encore, McCulloch, for no known reason, slurred his way through a verse of Frank Sinatra's 'Summer Wind' before he and the Bunnydudes fiddled about with the Doors's 'Roadhouse Blues' and David Bowie's glam-rock rave-up 'Jean/Genie'. Then Ian and his Echobunnys trotted back one last time to perform 'Ocean Rain'. The final number was an ethereal release, so to speak, from this 'freakin' awesome' show." --

NOTES: This setlist was compiled from memory by a fan. "Anyway, the boys finally came on amid Gregorian chanting and tons of smoke. They were amazing. They had a rougher sound going tonight, more of a psychedelic/garage thing. Mac was in fine form. He danced around in very strange ways, he talked a lot although no one could understand him." -

NOTES: "What was even more impressive to me was the wide range of people singing and grooving to the music. There were people 15 years my senior ... 10 years my junior ... and everywhere in between …." -

I took as my starting point Steve Doughty's excellent and comprehensive Bunnymen Recordings site, and have filled in gaps using the Seven Seas Archive (which went back to January 1st, 1999 at the time I copied it all into text files), as well as the various other web pages and articles cited in my listings. This is still very much a work in progress. I have received a good deal of help from members of the Seven Seas and Bunnymen.com communities -- thank you all!
