Tie in a lime green 3/16 foam board strip. Piece is approximately ½” wide by 2 ½ “ in length. Start with tread tied back at shank bend. Lay foam strip along top shank, and wrap eveningly to ¾ position. Glue liberally with Daves flexi-cement.
