Orange Flamethrower Variation was tied by William Lovelace, one of the most prolific contributors on this site. You can find many more of his flies at his page on this site, The Flies of William Lovelace.

Bill's Notes: This is a variation of the popular modern Salmon fly the Flamethrower. In the original Flamethrower tied by Scottish tier Duncan Eagan the front body is black floss, the front hackle also uses a yellow hackle in front of the orange hackle. It also has Jungle Cock eyes and a tinsel head.
