Rib	Flat Silver tinsel followed by Oval Silver tinsel, counter ribbed with small Oval Silver tinsel
Wing	Fluorescent Pink Bucktail
Hackle	Fluorescent Fuchsia Pheasant tied Spey style from the second turn of Tinsel
Collar	Fluorescent Fuchsia dyed Mallard
