Designed and Dressed by Jed Khalid

Spanish Fly

Hook: Gaelic 5/0

Tag: Gold tinsel, red and blue silk.

Tail: Golden Pheasant, veiled with monal pheasant.

Butt: Black ostrich herl.

Body: Yellow silk ribbed with gold tinsel and veiled with yellow macaw.
Yellow, red, and blue SLF (Poul Jorgensen) ribbed with gold tinsel.

Throat: Black Hackle.

Wings: Married strips of molted peacock, yellow swan, Argus primary feather, red and blue swan, and lady Amherst tied as an underwing.

Shoulder: Married strips of gadwall and wood duck.

Cheeks: Bronze Monal pheasant.

Horns: Blue and Yellow macaw.

Head: Black.
