Tied by Clifford J. Carstens
Psuedo Spey was tied by Salmonfly.Net Contributing Fly Tyer Clifford J. Carstens. You can see more of Cliff's flies at The Flies of Cliff Carstens . Webmaster note: Pseudo-speys are differentiated from other speys in the way the hackle is wrapped - like a collar or hackle as in other flies, rather than palmered as in a true spey. The hackle is also usually much longer, though, than a traditional collar, giving it the flowing, spey-like effect.
