Ken's Notes: ...a few more, based on the little trout series of of Samuel R. Slaymaker II, plus this one of my own. I call it KB's Minnow.  I buy all of my tube flying needs from the Canadian Tube Fly Company. Everything from the vise adapter, graduated pins, flex tube, liner tube, and various metal tubes and winging furs, etc.
