Hackle Gray marabou 1 side stripped tied in by the tip

Wing Married strands of yellow, blue, red goose shoulder, then a wider strip of peacock quill

This version of Gray Eagle was tied by Ken Broadhead. You will find many more of his  flies, as well as many exceptional beaded flies at The Flies of Ken Broadhead.   

Ken's Notes: I got this fly from Dick Talleur's Pretty & Practical Salmon Flies.  Talleur's fly didn't include the married wing. I just added it for more color and interest.
