Golden Girl was tied by Contributing Fly Tyer John Wood. Take a look at his contributor page, The Flies of John Wood, to see many more of his flies.

Notes: Golden Girl was introduced to the Campbell River in British Columbia by Roderick Haig-Brown in the 1940's. Since then it has proven its worth as a simple to tie, but good pattern for winter-run steelhead.
