The Witch Step 6 

Ok, let the fun begin. Tie in the rib and hackle in this order:
1. The feather, with one side stripped.
2. Oval silver tinsel
3. Black silk and chartreuse floss, very few strands. I like to use no more than two strands of each one, used 3 strands here so they are more visible on the photos.
4. Oval silver tinsel.
