1) trainers are appointed because of their skill and perfection in being la kajira... they are to help and teach... they are unable to discipline any kajira, this is the role of the fg, the SlaveMaster or the Captains... trainers are able to impress upon slaves the rules that govern Gorean Shores... no beating or bullying... in any case of unruly slaves they are to take the matter to the fg, SlaveMaster or Captains to sort out.
2) all the trainers to get together
twice a month for a short meeting to touch base, for those that wouldn't be
able to attend because of time differences or something going on in RT, the
notes will be made available and send to each trainer's email addy. But if you
can be there, would stress to do so, be a chance for us to speak of how the
training is going with others.

3) Rules and decisions about training will not be a one person deal, there will be discussion with all trainers and Slave Master and fg, to ensure that rules and other matters are kept up to date... where there are differences of opinion, trainers and the fg will need to discuss the differences first and if the differences are unable to be sorted out through discussion, then a vote will be held... in the case of a vote all trainers and the fg have a vote and majority rules . If there would happen to be a tie, IE a trainer decided to leave before another was able to take her place, the first girl would get a second vote to break the tie.
4) any new and/or
un-collared slave coming to Gorean Shores will be made to feel welcomed and helped,
the slave also will be directed to the slave's manual, be told whom the trainers
are and also make the girl aware as to the advantages of taking a Gorean Shores collar.
The fg or Slave Master will always be the one to assign the girl to a trainer.
a. protection from being forced collared
by One that you don't even know.
b. full training by trainers.
c. getting to know the Free of Gorean Shores
before taking a personal collar.
5) if a trainer is helping/training a new girl and getting to know her, directing her to the slave manual, and the new one has to leave, the trainer will send an email to each trainer to let them know about the girl, and how far that particular trainer had been able to speak with the new one and how interested the new one really seemed to be
6) our times online
vary.. there may be days that there will be 2 or 3 trainers in at a time,
counting the time differences, (in a case like that, the first trainer there to
help the new girl will continue to do so till that trainer may have to leave, or
in the case of a personally owned trainer, their Owner arrived, or also if the
one helping at that time has been called to serve, another will take over),
other times perhaps things going on in RT, will be cause to not come in, but any
time available to spend in the tavern to make yourself available or if you're
online, but not in a Gorean Shores room and see a new one come in, we need to be in Gorean Shores to
help them. First and foremost, the pleasure of the Free will be attained here.
Gorean Shores protocols remain in effect always.
7) each trainer will make her email addy available to the other trainers and the Slave Master, there will be, time to time, where we will need to email one another with pertinent information. IE: Any finished sections of training will be emailed to the others so they know it's been done, or posted on the Trainers Section on the Message Board.
8) Gorean Shores is our home, the home of our Owners, we will try and get along, we may not all see eye to eye, but any discourse will be held privately or bite your tongue and not say anything at all. The atmosphere of Gorean Shores, from a slave's standpoint will be kept pleasing at all times. Above all, showing respect to each other is something that should be strived for. If xxx don't get along with zzz, or yyy thinks they're above all, we need to wash that aside and work towards a common goal, our Owners and Their home.
Block 1 WELCOMING THE NEW GIRL
1. Make the new girl feel welcome to Gorean Shores and get to know her
2. Tell her the advantages of taking a Gorean Shores collar :
- protection from being force collared by Someone she don’t know
- being able to receive full training by the fg and the trainers of Gorean Shores
- having a chance to get to know ALL the Free of GS
3. Direct her to the slave manual and let her know who the trainers are, but that you are limited to the amount of help you can give her until she wears the Gorean Shores collar although you would be happy to answer any questions she may have
Block 2 PREPARATION FOR BEING COLLARED TO GS
4. Teach her the submission/collaring position
5. Have her study the SLAVE RULES, ADDITIONAL RULES & A SLAVE’S COLLARING, test her with questions about what she has studied
Block 3 COLLARING
6. Have her study SLAVE TRAINING so she knows all details about the white silks she now wears and what she is allowed and not allowed to do as a white silk
7. Teach her tower position and the difference between nadu and tower
8. During her two day rest period, after being branded, she should repeat the slave litany to memorize it and have her review the rules again
9. Teach her a paga serve, only a paga serve and that is all she is allowed to serve after her first two days rest….the girl is to tell Others that is all she has been trained to serve, watch her serve and help her all you can in whispers
Block 4 INTENSE TRAINING
10. Now is the time to work on all other drinks, the temp each is served, where located and vessels used, as each drink is covered, then the girl can be cleared by you to serve that drink as well as paga
11. When time is adequate, take her to a private room to do the “walking exercise”
12. Make the girl fetch a list of adjectives from a Thesaurus and impress the point that EVERY body part has a description, teach her to see step by step what she is doing in great detail
13. Teach her the most common positions she needs to know…bara, nadu, braclets whipping position & sula
Block 5 FURTHER TRAINING
14. Time now to start training food serves
15. Teaching the girl about silk colors for she will soon be tested for yellow silks
16. Teach the remainder of the positions not previously covered
17. Test her for general knowledge she should now know such as: what slaves eat, where they sleep, accepting gifts, etc.
Block 6 ADVANCES TO YELLOW
The girl will now be tested by a Current Captain for yellow silks so by this time, the majority of the training is done
Answer any of her questions about serving in alcoves and serving sexually and letting her know that she will now be in nadu at the serving furs and when serving a Free
Let the girl know that you are still available to answer any questions and to help her learn to dance when she is ready to do so
