Oh man, not only did I encounter a Naked Man at the hotel.....
EVERYWHERE I looked in Italy, there was a nude !!

The Duomo is magnificant.
We could only get a portion of it in the pic.
The bell in the tower tolled while we were there.

Here are two inside views of the Cathedral.
There also was a huge round ceiling that Michael Angelo painted.
It had the same Christ/Eternity theme as seen on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.
I really loved seeing his work here, because there were few people and you could take time to really look.

Now, the guys really appreciated the beautiful work we saw everywhere,
but Vernon finally gave it up and did some street shopping.

Ray, on the other hand was excited to spy a guy fishing for carp.
Think he was beginning to miss home. Actually, the guy looks alot like Ray !

After a romp through Florence, we took a short ride to the outskirts to a lovely little village, Signa.
Ray treated us to a great dinner at the small restaurant across the street.

We caught a candid shot of Linda at her best.
If you wonder what she was doing......trying to hold her eyes open until she could eat and hit the sack !
