Thanks to Lazar betraying the United States Government, we know about the Reticulans, how their flying discs look like, and even (to an extent) how they actually operate. If we humans decide to actually build our own flying disc based on a "Sports Model" reverse-engineered in part by Lazar, we need at the very least, one crucial component. This component is Element 115. The Diagram below is a cross section of the inside of a Sports Model (Lazar named the ship a Sports Model for its sleek appearance), hopefully this will give you a mental image of what is about to be explained.

The entire ship is powered by an Anti-Matter Reactor located in the center of the craft under a metallic dome about the diameter of a Medicine Ball. Within this dome is the reactor itself, and it is fueled by a conical wedge of Element 115. The 115 is bombarded by Protons turning it into Element 116. This now makes the fuel wedge unstable and it decays through Beta + radiation. This allows a Positron (a particle of antimatter almost identical to an electron, only it has a positive charge) to be emitted. This Positron is then sent on to collide with some gaseous matter releasing tremendous amounts of energy in the form of heat and possibly other forms. The heat generated by the antimatter reaction is then sent to a nearly 100 percent efficient thermoelectric generator. This generator will convert nearly all the heat into electricity to power the ship's systems. The gravitational force holding the Protons and Neutrons together within the center of each UUP atom is somehow accessed during the reaction and is thought to be amplified by the electromagnetic radiation of the antimatter- matter reaction, but this is not known for certain. The slightly amplified gravity waves are then sent through a hollow tube, which extends from the top of the reactor through the top of the craft. This gravitational field allows the occupants to experience 1 G-Force and nothing more, regardless of their rate of speed, because the ship is propelled by the same gravitational field as is giving the sensation of 1 G. Everything is being accelerated uniformly, the occupants and the craft, thus intense G forces are not a concern. This same gravitational field is still amplified once more after giving the ship the sensation of 1 G. Three gravity amplifiers are positioned below deck, under the reactor. It is not known how, but the amplifiers amplify the ship's new gravitational field very intensely, focus it into a linear beam, and then each emits their own linear beam of gravity to intersect at the same point in space where their destination lies. Since gravity propagates instantaneously, the linear beams will instantly reach their destination, intersect at the same point, and create something very much like a singularity. The point of gravity will have bent space making their destination possibly millions or billions of times closer, the gravity will also open a "black tunnel" better known as a wormhole which will allow them to make their trip many times "faster" than light. The wormhole acts as a shortcut through the fabric of space-time. Figure 10 below is a diagram of what a wormhole should "look" like.
