Bode's Law:

Bode's Law indicates that every planet is twice away from its star as its neighbour closest to the sun (ex. If planet 1 were 1 AU from its star, planet 2 should be 2 AU away from the star, planet 3 should be 4 AU etc.). According to this law, Robert Lazar's releasing of Government information describing the Home planet of the aliens being the "4th planet around Zeta 2 Reticuli", and the newly discovered 0.27 Jupiter mass planet orbiting 0.14 AU away from Zeta 2 Reticuli we can calculate exactly how far the "4th planet" is from their "sun".

(In case you are wondering 1 AU (astronomical unit) is equal to 92.9 million miles, or The distance from our Earth to the sun.)

Planet 1: 0.14 AU
Planet 2: 0.14 AU * 2 = 0.28 AU
Planet 3: 0.28 AU * 2 = 0.56 AU
Planet 4: 0.56 AU * 2 = 1.12 AU

How again is this newly calculated information significant? Well Zeta 2 Reticuli is a class G1V Star much like the sun except it is slightly hotter and dimmer then our Sun. It is still a fine star to live near. And planet #4 according to Bode's Law is tucked away very nicely within Zeta 2 Ret.'s "Life Zone". So now we have even more evidence that we may not be alone, and in fact we may even know where some intelligent life in the universe is located. Below is a diagram showing us how the Reticulan Solar system should look like with this information. I apologize for its crudeness and lack of scale.

Kepler's 3rd Law of Orbital Motion:

Kepler's 3rd Law does not have much to do with whether life can exist on Reticulum 4 (fourth planet orbiting Zeta 2 Ret.) but you may find it interesting to know how long a Reticulum 4 year is. The formula for Kepler's 3rd Law is as follows: a3 = p2 where "a" is the planet's semi major axis (average distance from their star), and p is the length of their year in earth days or years.

1.123 = p2
1.404928 = p2
The square root of 1.404928 is 1.185296587

Therefore 1 Reticulum 4 year is 1.19 Earth years or 432.9 Earth days.
