Element 115 and Bismuth

The Periodic Table of the Elements is not quite complete yet. As is, the periodic table extends from element number 1 (Hydrogen) to element number 118 (UnUnOctium). Well it should fully extend to number 118, but in fact it does not. Starting from element 93, the elements are created artificially (most are not stable and have relatively short half-lives, some as quick as a fraction of a millisecond). Of all the artificial elements created by man to date, there are still three left to create: Element 113, Element 115 (also known as UnUnPentium or UUP), and Element 117. It just so happens that the element needed to build a flying saucer does not even exist on this planet in nature. It has not and may never be artificially created. The element is number 115, the element that according to Lazar is the key to building flying discs. The 115 is said to have unusual gravitational properties due to its nuclear configuration. The only element that even comes close to UUP is Bismuth. If you look at a diagram of the periodic table of the elements, you will notice that the element Bismuth is right above the spot where element 115 should be located. That is because Bismuth is exactly one energy level below element 115, and therefore its nuclear configuration is the same except for the fact that UUP has more Protons and Neutrons. A man by the name of Henry William Wallace has already demonstrated that it may be possible to artificially create gravity with Bismuth in a fashion a lot simpler than bombarding it with protons. In 1971 he released a patent on a method for creating an artificial gravitational field by spinning a substance with a half-integral nuclear spin value. Ironically, Bismuth is heaviest stable element with the highest half-integral nuclear spin value. In another section I will provide the actual patents of Wallace and attempt to explain the main concept behind his patents. Without access to UUP, if humans were to build warp drive technology based on the Sports Model Flying Disc, the only other way humans may do it successfully would be with the element Bismuth. Unfortunately the strength of Bismuth's gravitational field holding the protons and neutrons together is many times weaker than UUP , so Bismuth may actually be out of the question, but until that is proven, it is definitely our best bet. Hopefully Wallace's patents will shed some light on this controversial topic.
