God's Promise

God didn't promise
Days without pain,
Laughter without sorrow
Or sun wihtout rain

But God did promise
Strength for the day,
Comfort for the tears
And a light for the way.

And for all who believe
In His kingdom above
He answers their faith
with everlasting love.

But those who trust in the Lord for help
will find their strength renewed.
They will rise on wings like eagles,
They will run and not get weary,
They will walk and not grow weak

(Isaiah 40:31)

FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND

Footprints in the sand
You've held me in his hands
And gave me strenght to face the coming days
The times I've felt alone
I was never all alone
Someday I'll understand
Footprints in the sand

Last night I had a dream.
I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
And across the colorful sky flashed scenes from my life.
And for each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand;
one belonged to me,and the other to the Lord.

After the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand
and I noticed that many times along the path of my life
Specially at the very lowest and saddest times,
there was only one set of footprints

Someday I'll understand

This really troubled me
And I asked the Lord about it.

" Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you,
You'd walk with me all the way.
But I've noticed that
during the most troublesome times in my life,
there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why
when I needed You most You would leave me."

The Lord replied, "My son, my precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you.
And during your times of sufferings,
when you'd only see one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."

Tell the World of His Love

For God so loved the world,
He gave us His only Son,
Jesus Christ our Saviour,
His Most Precious One.

He has sent us His message of love,
And sends those who hear,
To bring the message to everyone,
In a voice loud and clear.

Let us tell the world of His love,
The greatest love the world has known,
Search the world for those who have walked astray,
And lead them home.
Fill the world's darkest corners,
With His light from up above,
Walk every step, every mile, every road,
And tell the world,
Tell the world of His love.

GOD KNOWS

God knows how hard You have Tried.
When You've Cried so long
And Your Heart is in Anguish...
God has counted Your Tears.

God is waiting with You.

When You're Lonely

Even for a Phone Call...
God is by Your Side.

God has a Solution.

God has the Answer.

If suddenly Your outlook is Brighter
And You find Traces of Hope...
God has Whispered to You.

When Things are going Well
And You have much to be Thankful For...
God has Blessed You.

When something Joyful happens
And You are filled with Awe...
God has Smiled upon You.

When You have a Purpose
To fulfill and a Dream to follow...
God has opened Your Eyes
And called You by Name.

Remember that Wherever You Are
Or whatever You are Facing...
