Christmas time is
my favorite time of the year. It is a time filled with love,
peace and happiness not only for my family but also for the rest of
the world. It is a time for making memories that will last
throughout the year. I always look forward to Christmas time because I
know the true reason of this season, celebrating the birth of our Lord,
Jesus Christ, the Greatest Gift of our life. I am so thankful and
grateful to Our Heavenly Father for sending His only Son and showing us
the reason to live. This is more than enough the reason to rejoice
and give thanks not only in this time but everyday. I hope my
Christmas Page will bring you love and peace.
As early as
Septem"ber", I am starting to feel the excitment of the idea of putting
Christmas decorations to my home. I love to place lots of multicolored
lights, creating my very own Betlehem, hanging socks , chrsitmas tree and
a lot more....each meaningful and wonderfull symbols always reminds
us this joyous occasion...The Birth of our King and Savior.
Christmas time is
also a time to remember special people who are close to our hearts
and have touched our lives. Although, it is not often that these feelings
are put into words, Christmas
season just seems like a perfect time to let other people know
how much they all mean.
"I'm dreaming of a
White Christmas". I thought it will always be just a dream and
just a lyric from a song. Since I moved here in Germany last year, I have
experienced my first freezing Christmas. I can still remember the
feeling the first time I saw snow ... making and throwing snow balls
to my husband:-) I never mind if my hands were starting to turn red and
feel pain because of much coldness..
Christmas time makes
us kids once again ... Watching with excitement the blinking
and chasing
Christmas lights ... waiting for strange and special things begin to
happen. I just love the tradition of leaving cookies, hanging
socks and running out to see on Christmas morning if Santa have visited me
and remembered me.
Oh how I wish I had seen Santa but he'd just left
Now I could
just imagine his face!
Opening gifts is
always an excitement for me. As a child, I remembered myself guarding our
Christmas tree and checking if all the gifts specially mine
were still there. I could hardly wait till Christmas morning and see what
are stored for me.
