Zillias Morcheck is the registered and financial owner of the Black Zero which there fore to some extents makes him to be the ships Captain, though he does not like to use such a military term. Being a business man of sorts, he prefers to think of himself as the ships manager.

Morcheck has registered the Black Zero under Independant Registration. What this means is that anything that goes on inside the ship is not subject to any nation's laws. This hold's the advantage over many nation registered vessels in that you don't worry about breaking any national laws while onboard the ship. This however does come with a draw back. Firstly, authorities in manner nations are very suspicious of independant registered vessels due to it not holding any laws of it own. Secondly, you can count on little if any help from local law enforcement agencies or military forces if the Black Zero falls into trouble.

Though, the Black Zero does not have any national laws to worry about on it's inside, it still has to worry about the ship breaking national laws like unlawfully attacking another vessel etc... Also, inside the ship, as Black Zero's owner, Zillias Morcheck has created a number of rules to prevent complete disorder occuring. These are as follows:

1. Zillias Morcheck is the owner of Black Zero. His is the last word in any matter where there be dispute onboard the ship.

2. Killing and injuring another member of the crew or guests on the Black Zero will not be tolerated. If one does attack another crew member without just cause, then punishment will be either appropriate compensation, whether in material form or otherwise.

3. We are a team are all are expected to work as a productive member of that team.

4. Respect your fellow crew members, whether it be in emotional, mental or material form. We all have personnal lifes of our own, don't go provoking others or stealing from them.

5. If you have to leave the ship for any extended period of time, tell someone else and let them know when you will roughly be back.

6. Please be mindful of the laws of any place the Black Zero visits. Though in the course of time as a crew of the Black Zero we may end up preforming questionable duties, please inform Zillias if you intend to break any nation's laws while off ship. This is not so Zillias can stop you, but rather that it is handy to know what's going on before we bail / bust you out of jail.

7. Respect the ship. Don't go needlessly damaging it or wrecking it. This is our home and main source of revenue. Likewise, respect the property that belongs to the group as a whole, such as onboard ship supplies. Squandering will not be tolerated.
