The responsibility of the construction will be on the General Secretary. The day to day civil work will be carried by a qualified and well experience contractor selected by the Board. The Board members will release the fund and also supervise the construciton work fromk time to time to provide helping hand to the General Secretary. On the techinical field, the Board will also appoint one Architect and one Civil Engineer to provide guidance tot he contractor and to the General Secretary.
