SPIRAL
The Episode begins from the moment "Tough Love" left off.
Glory stands before Buffy, Dawn, Willow and Tara with the knowledge that Dawn is "The Key."
Buffy grabs Dawn and runs as fast as she can, while Willow use's her "Tar" spell to slow down
Glory. This however doesn't work for long and Glory catches up with them. However she isnt
paying attention and a truck hits her full on. Before she can begin to follow them Glory turns
into Ben.
OPENING CREDITS
Dawn tells the gang how they got away from Glory. She then tells them that none of them are safe.
"She's a God and she's coming for us."
She tells them all to pack up supplies because they need to flee Sunnydale.
As the gang wait for Buffy, a giant RV pulls up alongside them. They all get in but are shocked
to see Spike at the wheel. Giles and Xander aren't happy about this but Buffy tells them they
need him to help protect Dawn.
At the Hospital two Knights remove Orlando. He says he has seen "The Key", a huge Army sets out
to kill "The Key."
As the gang attempt to flee Sunnydale, the Knights attack the RV. In an amazing sequence Buffy
battles the Knights on the rooftop of the RV, a brilliant stunt sequence, the best yet on Buffy.
(Well "The Gift" hasn't been on yet."

When it looks like the Knights have gone, Giles spots a lone horseman who throws a spear
through the window, going into Giles chest causing him to lose control and turn the RV over.
The gang get out and head to an abandoned Gas Station. Before they can form a plan, a crusade of
Knights circle the building. A few Knights begin to enter the building while Willow puts up a
force field around the building. As a result of this the Scooby Gang capture their General.
They tie him up and tell him that they are both fighting on the same side. He tells Buffy that
"The Key" is too dangerous and needs to be destroyed.
All of Glory's victims escape from the Hospital, just repeating the word "time."
Giles tells Buffy that he is so proud of her, she has become the perfect Slayer and what ever
Watcher could ever dream of. Buffy goes outside and talks to one of the Knights about getting
help for Giles. They agree to this as there are rules to War and The gang have their General.
Buffy goes back inside and phones for Ben. He drives out to the Gas Station and treats Giles. He
then tells Buffy that they need to get him to a hospital quickly.
Spike tells Xander that they need to get out now or else they will all die, Buffy tells them
that none of them will die.
The General tells Buffy about Glory. She was one of the three Hell Gods. She was so powerful the
other two attacked her, she was defeated and put into prison, this was the body of a boy. He
tells her to kill Glory you have to kill the Boy, who is unknown to them all. He then tells
Buffy and Dawn that "The Key" is used to open the dimension walls so Glory can get home. Buffy
just laughs this off as she has had to battle all these foes just because Glory wants to go
home. He then tells her that she doesn't understand, her gate will not be the only one that
opens, ALL the gates will open. The Dimension Walls will crumble as each seperate dimension
begins to bleed into one another, order will be overthrown and the universe will become chaos in
darkness. Thats what "The Key" was made for.
The General tells Ben that he must kill "The Key" or the whole world will suffer. As Ben talks
to Dawn, he begins to fell himself transforming into Glory. He begins to scream to be let out
but before Willow can open a door in the force field he changes in Glory. Spike and Buffy both
attack her but to no avail, Glory grabs Dawn and punches a hole in the force field to give
her just the right amount of time to escape with Dawn.

By the time Buffy and the gang get outside, Glory and Dawn are gone and every single one of the
Knights has been killed. As Spike and Xander run to Bens car to begin to follow Glorys, Buffy
just falls to the ground and slips into catatonia...
BRILLIANT, simply brilliant. Thats all that needs to be said about this episode which is out of
this world. This is be far the best episode of Season Five so far ("The Gift" is still to come),
I mean what more does a Buffy fan need? Out of this world stunts, blood, punches, baddies
galore, a brilliant ending and of course the best thing Buffy in leather gear (Only joking
about the last one!)
The story has really picked up now and it is just so cruel how it ends because the story has you
craving for even more non stop action, but that can also be said for the endings of "Tough Love"
and next weeks episode "The Weight of The World." Yet again brilliant episode and if I could I
would give it 6 out of 5 but that would be stupid lets just say FIVE BY FIVE!!!!!!!
out of 5! Five by Five
