Tycho now is firmly entrenched into Necropolis politics and everyday life. He wishes to have a little better business with his struggling antiques and firearms business, especially with alot of the antiques having been "acquired" from their owners about three hundred years ago. Even then, he's still got alot of money stored away. His Armament business is doing rather well, considering with the risen amounts of "crime" in the city, many people, mortals and kindred alike have chosen to buy "home protection" kits. However, more money pours in with his adjusted small arms and add-ons ( eg. Recoil Suppressors for Pistols, Silencers, etc. ) than his regular firepower dealings.
He also owns a small antique shop named " Simply Artifacts " which offers a small range, but tasteful and extremely expensive antiques to the private collectors. The mortals who run the store, are not even aware of his ownership of it, merely that some wealthy businessman supports it, and occasionally delivers an precious antique for sale.
He has made so much money, that he has even bought over a small block of apartments which is nestled not too far south of the Swope Park owned area of Clan Gangrel. He lives in the basement, surrounded with many the cunning and deadly traps. Only three people in the world know exactly how to get past all the booby traps surrounded the machinary, storage closets and other basement equipment.
He's in a warm relationship with Onyx Fyre, a Neonate Gangrel Anarch, and shares his haven with her. She has installed a sense of preservation in him, thus should somebody threaten him in some way, as Dewey, one of the local Ventrue has, in both life situations and business, Tycho will regard them as a constant threat, and will waste alot of energy, time and effort into either making sure that person is dead or sticks to a certain truce.
A perculiar individual, Daliela Myth was discovered in one of the zoo enclosures, during one of Tycho's midnight treks. While most attempts by the various Gangrel at communication failed, Tycho prevailed by flickering fingers in her direction in the sign language. They quickly became friends, and he found out that she had the uncanny ability to communicate with many animals, predominately predators, without use of the Gangrel Discipline, for she was a mortal. And like many mortals, she had bodily problems which in this case, consisted of cancer.
In a quick fix solution, Tycho tried to ghoul her, but the process of mutated death was merely slowed down, so in a quick decision, he was forced to gain permission from the Jarl to embrace her. She now is a denizen amongst the Park, and has received quite a fair amount of piecemeal education from many of the Gangrel there, Tycho not always being there for her.
After seeing the bats of the park spooked around by predatory owls, He ghouled the entire local 'pack' of bats, and has blood-bonded the Matriach of the bats of Swope Park. He lets them lie around doing whatever they wish, but with help of other Gangrel, have been trained into an efficient fighting force, summoned on Tycho's own vocal chords which have seemed be able to give out the correct higher frequency range of bat communication, probably a side-effect of his many frenzy-induced bat features and frequent transformations into bat form.
This is made even stranger, that Tycho apparently no longer transforms into any other form apart from bat, it is almost like he has no wish to possess any form apart from Human or Bat. He has picked up the nickname "Batman" from many the neonate and ancillae who sees him for the first time.
Disturbed by the large amount of Sabbat presence around America, Tycho made the quick decision to make a run to a large armanent cache he had planted near Detroit shortly before coming to Necropolis. Getting there and back was not an easy task, involving a Malkavian Antitribu and her pack entering a large conflict. Tycho isn't sure whether or not she actually did affect his mind, but hopes that his own strong will can hold his mind in check.
Arriving back at Necropolis, he's found out that the uneasy peace between the Sabbat and other sects has now escalated quickly into piecemeal attacks. Due to a few losses of Gangrel life moving on in various ways, Tycho has been temporily changed status from Ancillae Reeve, to becoming the "Steward" of the Necropolis Gangrels. He's rather worried about what's going on, and has been formulating a few plans which might actually solidify the defense of the Gangrel against the Sabbat.
Recently, Onyx was killed by an unknown Lupine. Her death has greatly affected Tycho who after a little quiet depression/grief slump, has had all his inner cheerfullness burned away. All that is left is a cold-hearted [figuratively speaking] kindred, who is determined to put in a few people into Final Death.
He's also filled with the belief, that maybe if the Clan Gangrel had been better organized, pointless deaths like these would be avoidable, and is set apon the course of the betterment of the clan. Thus, he has taken to reducing his prices for weaponary to fellow Gangrels to the point where he's willing to accept nearly anything, favours, information, anything which can help the betterment of Clan Gangrel, sometimes at quite the loss to his personal fortune, which doesn't mean much to him anyway.
Recently, the status of being the "Acting Steward" has caused him to gain the permanent status of being the Steward of the Independent Gangrel of Necropolis ( Kansas City ). He is nervous about such responsibility, but has no qualms about ruthlessly bludgenoining lesser-ranking Gangrel down with his rank. There has been little, if any use of his rank in this way.
A situation has occured where his errant childe, Daliela caused an attack on a frequent visitor, an almost 'adopted' into the Gangrel clan, Malkavian named Autumn Raine. Due to this, Tycho's own punishment for this was to teach his childe a more proper way to behave. A lax sire, he hasn't made much improvements apon his 'parentship' of his childe, merely teaching her the traditions and giving her a key to his considerable personal armory.
