This 1' wide mystical emerald can transform matter into imagination. In the hands of a magic wielder who has the Illusion spell it is quite powerful. It gives potential victims who are attempting to disbelieve the user's illusions a –2CS on their FEAT roll, thus making it far harder for them to disbelieve. The Transhypnotic Jewel also serves as a dimensional aperture into the Dimension of Dreams.
