The whole clan is descended from the nobility of Eastern Europe, Russia and the Baltic States. However their nickname "the Fiends" is a well
earned one and by no means unwarranted. The first thing that accosts you upon encountering a Tzimisce is their alien appearance. This clan
practice a discipline called Viscissitude.

This is the art of Fleshcraft and Bonecraft. The Tzimisce use it to change their faces and bodies as you or I use make-up or jewellery. They also
use it to torture, mutilate and experiment on both mortals and kindred like lab rats, with indiscriminate frequency. Often on first impression a
Tzimisce will appear innocuous if a tad eerie. They are intelligent, polite and inquisitive but also completely without understanding of mortal
suffering or empathy.

The Tzimisce have openly rejected and eliminated from their clan any trace of humanity, they shun the company of mortals and have no
comprehension of the Camarilla's intentions. They spend their nights engaged in "scientific" experimentation into the limits and bounds of the
kindred condition. Whether these are legitimate quests for knowledge or merely an excuse to maim others is a debatable issue. Many young
Tzimisce are blatant sadists and wield power coldly over mortals.
