Notes: The Dragonian becomes the Eternal Dragon of an already-existing set of Dragonballs, able to grant people's wishes if they collect all of the Dragonballs in the set. Must defeat the Eternal Dragon for that set of Dragonballs in order to reach this stage. Cannot use Dragonitize in this form.
