How Preformed: You put one hand straight up, and another straight down, then join them at the bottem of the palms. You then make a cupped shape, and bring the cupped hands to your waist, and you start to chant, Kaa... Maaa... Haa.. etc. then you bring your cupped hands, with the Ball of Ki inside, forward yelling HAAAAA!!! And unleashing the blast
