Of Course You Are!
Here Is A Little Advice, . . .
High School is all about YOU! You can ask anyone what it is like and they can scare you
or pump you up. The truth is, high school is what you want it to be. If you walk into E.O.
Smith on the first day of school looking forward to your next four years, you are going to
have the time of your life. If you get involved in sports and/or clubs you will meet new
people and make more friends. If you treat the administration, your classmates, teachers
and school with respect, you will earn respect and more responsibilities.
There may be times when you hit a “bump in the road.” Maybe Biology is confusing or
you’re falling asleep in Math class. Just remember to pick yourself back up – and don’t
forget all of the people you can go to for help.
Work hard your freshman year so you can earn good grades and a positive reputation.
As you pass your required courses, such as Geography, Politics, Biology, etc, you will
have more space for the courses you want to take when you are upperclassmen.
Remember to work hard and be positive!
Good Luck and Enjoy E.O.!
